~Charles Sellers: Record rain and they came to service lines! Tore up my driveway and grass in my yard in front of the right of way. Got stuck so they cut down trees **-ft from right of way on my property for access. YOU DO NOT OWN MY PROPERTY!! I PAY THE TAXES. STAY ON YOUR RIGHT OF WAY !@*@!
