GetHuman-436161: they are always rude and not helpful at all. will not let you speak to a manager and threaten to cut you off all the time. I have medical issues and cannot be without power and my daughter has asthma real bad and has to use * inhalers a day. she cannot be either I paid what I was supposed to pay by what I received and was told in a nasty gram to pay. I dont get my bills so have to check over the phone for the amount and that is not right. I am so tired of that. I dont want my power cut off today.
