GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's ESPN.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Runaround4X: I spoke to ESPN about a rogue subscription. I got a rep. in * minutes, but I ended up on a dead transfer line for ** minutes. I called the ESPN Magazine (***-***-****) number left to me prior the transfer. They denied any responsibility and gave me the number to Sub Data Pro (***-***-****). After calling a rep there, I was given the number to America's Reader's Choice (***-***-****). I spoke with a woman who had attitude, but she finally was able to supposedly cancel a subscription where there was NO formal recording or signature of a subscription request.
