~earthlink lies: I went thru ***** times of calling, put on hold for about ** minutes, then cut off. Finally got human. He did not believe me when I explained that I had called in September to cancel, and was told I would get refund as account not used for about * yrs. Still auto deducting from my account. He said -- of course very heavy accent -- he was so sorry there was no note on that call. And was saying I still owed for I guess last month. Get out of Earthlink as fast as you can !!!
