~FinzUp: Simply trying to change my credit card for my monthly billing* online system won't take it* phone system won't take it. Grrrrrrrrrrr Tried your press * and then all zeros. Doesn't work. It eventually hangs up on you.

~FinzUp: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~FinzUp: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Earthlink's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~FinzUp: For that I would say one out of five.
