~Anonymous: You never even answered my friends complaints, he bought his girlfriend a very rare engagement ring and you cant even be bothered to reply? Your service is despicable, and I think before you let these so called people ( they don't even deserve that title) are 'selling' things to people, you should check their reliability shouldn't you? If you do not reply to his email within the next couple of days, his lawyer will be contacting you. Thank you for your time.
