GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Evernote customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Kiteboarder: A recording answers with a woman saying like, "Thank you for calling Evernote about your billing issue..." It then asks you to provide ALL of the following (this is what I remember) your name, email, Evernote username if available, method of billing (Google checkout, etc.), invoice number, amount of the charge, last * digits of credit card used. They say a representative will respond by email, so make sure your email is spoken clearly. Then there is a beep.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Evernote. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Evernote problem?
~Kiteboarder: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Kiteboarder: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Evernote's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Kiteboarder: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Evernote customers?
~Kiteboarder: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Evernote to know who you are.
