GetHuman-macedos: called EVERNOTE actually got a human to speak to me explained the situation and th person said he could fix my problem I was having with EN(not syncing note from cell to laptop) but it would cost $***.** wanted my credit card *. Thought it was a scam so disconnected shut down my computer.*Next day I I decided to sign up for the upgraded version . Took my CC* and was billed for **.** but when I went to down load product no response from EN.**Very poor way to treat a customer. I'm waiting for my email response, but if it doesent come soon properly sent a registered letter to the company address cancelling my service.*I relly liked using EN, but I depend on "proper customer service" WILL NOT RECOMMEND EN TO ANYONE.

GetHuman-macedos: For that I would say two out of five.

GetHuman-macedos: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Evernote to know who you are.
