I used to use Evernote, perhaps *-* years ago...

A Evernote customer review by GetHuman user ~mygyro from November 19th, 2017

Background on ~mygyro's case

GetHuman: ~mygyro - can you tell our other Evernote customers when your case took place?
~mygyro: Sure. It was late at night, on November 15th.
GetHuman: Did you reach out to Evernote, and if so, how?
~mygyro: I used the 650-257-0885 number I found for on the GetHuman Evernote customer phone number page I was on: Evernote Customer Service Phone Number
GetHuman: And which of these common Evernote customer issues best describes the reason you wanted to talk to them?
(Shows ~mygyro a list of common Evernote problems)
~mygyro: "Overcharge/Strange charge" was why I was trying to call.

~mygyro's review of Evernote customer service

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Evernote customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~mygyro: I used to use Evernote, perhaps *-* years ago. Just now I had a reason to start using it again. It will not allow me back into my account...it keeps asking me for five unusual words I've used in my most-recent notes. Like I would remember. There is no getting past that. And somehow it already knows all * of my email addresses, so I can't just create a new account with one of the other two addresses. I suppose I could create a whole new email account somewhere, just so I could create a whole new evernote account. I don't think so. I'll be looking for other alternatives than Evernote.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Evernote. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Evernote problem?
~mygyro: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~mygyro: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Evernote's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~mygyro: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Evernote customers?
~mygyro: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Evernote to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~mygyro taken from his Evernote customer service problem that occurred on November 15th, 2017.
