GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Evernote customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Anonymous: A recording answers with a woman saying like, "Thank you for calling Evernote about your billing issue..." It then asks you to provide ALL of the following (this is what I remember) your name, email, Evernote username if available, method of billing (Google checkout, etc.), invoice number, amount of the charge, last * digits of credit card used. They say a representative will respond by email, so make sure your email is spoken clearly. Then there is a beep. That's all.**I didn't have a billing issue. I was just doing research to find the number in case I needed it. I found this page, so I wanted to provide the info I found for anyone who might want to know what would happen if they called. I called at ** pm EDT.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Evernote. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Evernote problem?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Evernote's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Evernote customers?
~Anonymous: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Evernote to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~Anonymous taken from his Evernote customer service problem that occurred on November 16th, 2017.
