~Godfather: Answering phone, like any cheap *-man company, than you have to tell them anything and you obviously forget half of it...you can call again, but you ask you there's really anybody how gives a **** on this and is hearing the people's messages.**Pray to God not needing any customer support from them.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Evernote. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Evernote problem?
~Godfather: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Godfather: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Evernote's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Godfather: For that I would say four out of five.
