~go's review of Eversource customer service
GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Eversource customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~go: After you say "Agent" twice, you then get a message that all of the CSRs are busy, and press * for them to call you back, etc. The problem is that nowhere in this message is there an option to just wait on hold! Turns out, press * to continue to wait on hold. Once you actually get a rep, they're pretty good.**So, NSTAR: full points for the quality of your employees, but negative points for trying to force me to do your stupid callback scheme. Sure, give me the option, but also give me the option to wait on hold if I want!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Eversource. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Eversource problem?
~go: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~go: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Eversource's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~go: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Eversource customers?
~go: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Eversource to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~go taken from his Eversource customer service problem that occurred on November 10th, 2017.
