~dania: I got a call from them apparently someone use my number for their account, after many times of them calling finally I decided to get someone to help me and the woman that answer say she could not do anything, i say if you can not I will call the do not call list, and she say that that would not work because they where not calling me, they are calling me all the time every other day, I am so angry, just want they to stop calling and take rude people out, why they record you if they still have rude people!!!

~dania: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~dania: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Eversource's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~dania: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Eversource customers?
~dania: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Eversource to know who you are.
