GetHuman-40578: The customer service is horrible. Customer service picks up the phone with an attitude. Some of them will mislead you with information. I've call several times before I actually got someone on the phone that was pleasant and helpful. Am I not supposed to be a satisfied customer.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Eversource. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Eversource problem?
GetHuman-40578: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-40578: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Eversource's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-40578: For that I would say three out of five.
