GetHuman-50874: Went down south for a couple of months durring the winter. Set my heat around **. I was shocked to see a VERY high bill since no one was home showering or putting the heat up. I called and asked if this was estimated or an actual reading. Of course they assured me it was an actual reading and was correct. I know better of course, but what more can I say. Almost a ***.** bill for a month no one is even in the home to use anything. Ridiculous! N-Star, get it together and right your wrongs!
