~Rachel H: BEWARE EXPRESS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS DURING PRICE ADJUSTMENTS!!!!!!**I will no longer be a loyal customer at Express after being treated so poorly and ripped off. On ******** I went into the Zona Rosa Express in KCMO to purchase items for Christmas but after I went home and wrapped all of my gifts I checked my email and saw that a lot of items were going to be discounted on ******** and that for every $** you spend you would save $**. I returned to the Oak Park Mall Express in OPKS to see if my items had been discounted. Instead of being credited just for the items that were marked down they returned everything to start me off with a negative balance less than what I previous paid on ********. The representative told me my new balance was $***.** and that I would be credited my old balance of $***.**. I was aware that my new balance should be a bit higher since I purchased a couple more things since I thought I was getting a good deal. After reviewing my credit card state
