~Sonia: Tonight I placed an order online @ Express. Before placing the order I called customer service to let them know that I disagree with the fact that they are charging $*.** per gift box when I am spending over $***.**. If at the store boxes are free, online should be the same. After speaking to the customer service rep she told me to go ahead and press the complete your order button. She said to wait for about ** minutes and that she would remove the gift boxes charges from my total. I contacted the company back after receiving my order number and for my surprise another customer service rep told me she wasn't able to do that. I demanded to talk to a manager and the manager said the same thing. She also told me that I already redeemed an online coupon to which I replied that Express is a multi-million dollar company! I told her I want to cancel my order and she said it was impossible to cancel! I proceed to ask her for her name to write a report to the company but she refuse to
