~help: i will never shop at express again. went to return an item package and with receipt i was told i can have less ** % of what i paid. with the rude and unprofessional staff.then I call the *** number the the ladies thats our policy. I cant even believe this happens in the US, where you have proof of purchase and yet you wont even get store credit for the amount you paid.when I asked to speak to a Supervisor for the lady on the *** number' I was told I will have someone call me back.Four days later yet to hear from someone.I will suggest to anyone who wants to have a peaceful shoping experience never to shop at Express cause help customers is not there policy however deceiving and keeping half my money for no reasons seem to be there policy.These people should be out of business that make policies for there own benefit.
