GetHuman-183659: Called as my long distance service was disconnected but bill was paid. Operator handing my question*service request was very impatient with me with a defensive tone and when I called at the end of the day to check on progress no ticket for repair had been entered. I was annoyed at the service cut off but not impolite. I may have gotten the wrong person this time or on a bad day but three weeks prior I had requested a change in service. I placed a request and no ticket for service was entered that first time as well. Had to follow up with another request and was told no ticket was entered. Why do you have to call two times to get a service ticket entered?
