~unsatisfied: I bought from this horrible website, and I also purchased insurance. Sure enough, either my package was misdelivered to a different address or it was lost*stolen. When I filed a claim (which by the way started in November and ended in May) they pointed the finger at the UPS for misdelivery, and UPS said it is the website's responsibility to reship the package because I had the insurance through them. I ended up giving up on getting the product or my money back in May. There are several people that have also had a similar experience. Buyers Beware!
