I regret buying ANYTHING from them. I won't get into the whole ordeal I went through with the lead time and shipping time from my previous order. Their customer service was the straw that broke the camel's back today... They take DAYS to answer emails and they keep you on "brief holds" that last ** minutes. I tried using a coupon they sent me with no exclusions. Turns out there are exclusions on gold. That was not noted on the coupon. The girl on the phone tells me that she will honor it for only one item even though I was buying * items. I told her "you know what sweetheart, obviously I am a bother to you. This paying customer is wrong to you. I will take my $***.** somewhere else. $**.** is so precious to you, that you just lost a sale. How does that feel?" She was speechless. I hung up. Done.
