GetHuman-117858: ********: I called abt a problem with our EZ Queen Size bed requesting replacement and or repair for a broken parts. I purchased my EZ Bed a yr ago. My purchased is still under (* yr) warranty. I was advised that since my EZ Bed is still under * yr warranty a new EZ bed will be shipped. I was very please since this is my *nd EZ bed purchase - latest purchase was **********. I plan to purchase another one when I returned home to Hawaii in *********. I live in Orange Grove TX during the fall season yearly. Thank you so much for your service and quick service as well. Ellie Mankin Kailua-Kona, HI
