~pat: The first time I called, the agent did not understand the shipping to Hawaii, I waited ** minutes and when she did not return, I hung up and called an hour later. This time the agent was SHARP and I ordered a rug runner, and grip, and an outdoor mat and what a surprise when the grip and mat arrived in HAWAII in * days!!! I was told the rug itself would not be shipped until Oct * but to order on Wednesday and receive it on Friday is UNBELIEVEABLE!!!! Thank you so much. The outdoor mat is awesome. I am very pleased. This is my *th time ordering from you and have been pleased with the quality and service nearly every time. Ms. Pat Hong
