~Queen: My husband is in Atlanta for work so our so our **yo son is living their with him, while I'm in California for school with our **yo daughter. Now we got this card to make it easy on sending each other money, paying for home, school, work, kid and everyday personal expenses.....NOT! Our account has been locked because of suspicious activity. WTF! So because as a family we have responsibilities that require deposits and transactions more than their freaking * times in a month, now we have to find another way to function and take care of each other, that part right there is some BULL ISH! I only waited ** min for a response because NO HUMANBEING EVER came to the phone. Nothing but dumb *** automation and no matter what number you push, the ultimate response is that they hang up on you. How can they really expect you to rate quality of service and communication when you don't receive either. I tried to get another card and guess what they told me after I completed all the required info....
