~ESarge86: Thank god for this phone *. I have tryed numerous time to contact someone from customer service with the phone * provided on the back of my card and their contact us section on their website and every single time I was supposed to be transferred to a representative, the line disconnected. This was the first time every try failed. I was so frustrated. Luckily, this site provided me with a phone number and directions on how to contact a customer service rep. I did not have a card to reload, so I just punched in any random numbers and then I was transferred and explain the issue I was having, also gave them the * to the automated tele prompt which kept on disconnecting me.
