~Vdudley: Was * *** hours behind schedule when we pulled into the Jackson Mississippi depot at close to **:** pm. It is now after *:** am and we are getting ready to leave the depot because the bus driver called in fatigued. Because of this nearly * hour delay we have missed our bus at the next stop. We are now having to cancel plans my husband had to spend time with his children in OK. This is the only chance he will have to see them this year. We are heartbroken and the kids will be as well. We are now out all the money for this trip and vacation time from work. But, the worst part is the time my husband would have been able to spend with his kids. Time that will be forever lost. This is totally unacceptable.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Greyhound. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Greyhound problem?
~Vdudley: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Vdudley: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Greyhound's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Vdudley: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Greyhound customers?
~Vdudley: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Greyhound to know who you are.
