~mikahal: run run run from greyhound. Most numbers are automated only, make you hold for a long time without ever answering or even do not answer at all. I need to track a package because their online package tracking system is not working.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Greyhound. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Greyhound problem?
~mikahal: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~mikahal: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Greyhound's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~mikahal: For that I would say one out of five.
