~hsf: GUARANTY BANK*S** St (in Pick n save)*Franklin, WI **I would put this a no star if I could. They say they have free checking. I had a girl who talked so fast it was hard to understand her. She asked me if I wanted the $** over draft protection - I said no. Every piece of paper had it as a yes (which I discovered a day later). I assumed she did the paperwork correctly - signed everything. Turns up there is a $** monthy service fee on this account because of this added feature which I didn't want in the first place. They charge $***.** to cancel if under a year. She did this on purpose. Then during all of this she goes outside of the room and does some telling work while I wait in the other room. By this time I am so upset, I just wanted to get out of there as fast as I could because I was so mad. I told her when she returned that she was rude doing that. I hope this is not a normal pratice for this bank--. I plan to report them to the BBB. The $*** will be a small price to
