GetHuman-351788: I never talked to a customer service rep, I never was able to check my balance and when I did I lost *** dollars, I was never able to talk to a incharge person even when I went down to the bank they kept telling me to call the number, so I called the number and still wasn't able to talk to anyone, this is why I will be taking my business else where, they robbed me of my money when I needed it most, Guaranty Bank you guys **** major *** and shouldn't be allowed to be a Bank because you are going to get some one innocent that work there killed by your improper practices
