~Stillwaiting: I needed my online account reset because I answered the security questions wrong. I called and after ** minutes on hold, was told since I needed to access important information I would be transferred to a different department. Which is completely understandable. I was put on hold for an additional ** minutes until I finally had enough. Keeping my phone on speaker, I drove to the nearest office and got the information I needed to begin with. My total hold time was * hour ** minutes. And I finally hung up with no help from customer support.

~Stillwaiting: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Stillwaiting: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about H&R Block's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Stillwaiting: For that I would say one out of five.
