~Engsham: Great experience. I am great with phones and androids, but when the forums failed me, tech support helped explain a newer feature in the email in a very easy to understand and personalized way. Not once did she ask me to shut my phone off and turn it back on *)
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting HTC. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a HTC problem?
~Engsham: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Engsham: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HTC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Engsham: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HTC customers?
~Engsham: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HTC to know who you are.
