~Ana Alfonso: If you are heading out of Disney and need gas, please don't stop at this gas station (Hess ***** - **** W. Car Care Drive, Lake Buena Vista. For us a perfect vacation turned into a nightmare. It is common knowledge of every diesel owner that diesel refueling handles are Green. We refuel our tank using the green handle and it was unleaded regular. It cost us over $***.** to fix the truck, plus car rental and two nights of hotel. According to the Chevrolet dealer that fix our truck, we were the second customer that had put the wrong fuel at that same station. Hess would not take any responsibility. All I received from them was an apology in a broken English. When I called customer service the lady that assisted was very rude. I think the Gas Companies are already making plenty of money off of their fuel from their customers. Why change the colors of the diesel handles and invite opportunity for mistakes that leads to more money from our pockets? Safe yourself a headache. Don't use this
