I live *.* miles from Hess Express and went there often. *Victor an Employee at Hess simply refused to exchange one product for another cheaper drink, with no sugar. He said no refunds no exchanges. And Rudely went out of his way to Taunt me .i asked to see the no refund sign.? THERES NO SUCH SIGN. Thats wrong. I offered to simply buy another to get out of there , But he refused to serve me now. He stepped back and asked , " WHAT ARE YOU GONNA DO?" ??? *Taunting me.**What did he try to set me up for? ROBBERY?**Well at the end of dealing with victor. There was a young girl working that simply did the right thing as Victor continued to taunt me with words.*I was taunted, threatened with law enforcement, Humiliated due to customer traffic, my ** year old came to me saying he was harassed also by Victor.*THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE, WHAT I DID WAS CALL the manager Kabibb who told me he was ALREADY informef of the situation and downplayed the s
