GetHuman-427755: The worst service I have EVER dealt with. I go through the same foolishness every semester and I fail to understand how my experience with these people continues to decrease in professionalism and general knowledge of their field of work.

GetHuman-427755: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-427755: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HigherOne's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-427755: For that I would say three out of five.
