GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Home Depot customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Maria T: All of the people at the customer service desk were not helpful at all. When I arrived at the desk to pick up my order and checkout with the rest of my items, there were about * Home Depot workers that were only talking to each other. None of them asked if I needed any help with anything. There was a lady at the return cashier and she did not acknowledge me at all. She had no customers and did not ask us if we needed help. When another customer came up, I told them that they needed to actively interrupt the workers talking to each other in order to be assisted. When the otherll be going to Lowe's instead from now on. customer when to the return checkout lane to be rang up. The lady worker sent her away because "she had too many transactions at the moment," when no one was even there... I will not be going back to Home Depot, I wi I was extremely dissatisfied with my visit there today. No one at the customer service desk knew how to do online orders.

~Maria T: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Home Depot customers?
