GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Home Depot customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Frustrated: Home Depot is a bad employer because they only work you part time at low pay. They expect you to get computer classes done, but refuse to give you any time to do them. If you are a good worker and want to get classes done off the clock* because they will not allow you to have enough on the clock class time, they dock you. Home Depot is always working under staffed in their stores, even though they are making money. Customers complain because they can never find someone to help them, because Home Depot does Not keep enough employees in each dept. at all times, and expects employees to jump around and cover it all. Home Depot is a very stressful work place that offers poor customer service. They offer few and little raises. If you make $** or over they will find ways to fire you over nothing. We hope Home Depot will change for the better! Thanks!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Home Depot. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Home Depot problem?
~Frustrated: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Frustrated: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Home Depot's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Frustrated: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Home Depot customers?
~Frustrated: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Home Depot to know who you are.
