~Home Depot Values its Customer: My local Home Depot went over and above to help me resolve an issue with a defective dishwasher from Samsung. After Samsung refused to replace the unit after several repairs, Home Depot agreed to return my unit for full purchase price and allow me to buy a new one. Without their help, there is no telling how long Samsung would have strung me out - I had already been more than a month without a working dishwasher. Home Depot had no obligation to help me, so I am very grateful they put customer service first and would recommend them to anyone!
