~PissedOff: Continual issues that are never resolved, poor communication ability on their whole staff. Issue after issue. The ONLY thing they seem to be able to do correctly and promptly is take my money every month. The happiest day of my life will be the day my contract is up. As an example, it took me over ** minutes to post this since my service goes in and out constantly. As for my "wait time" I have been waiting *.* yrs for any solutions.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting HughesNet. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a HughesNet problem?
~PissedOff: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~PissedOff: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HughesNet's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~PissedOff: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HughesNet customers?
~PissedOff: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HughesNet to know who you are.
