GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/01/17?
GetHuman-puff__u: I ran a ** day campaign on an ice cream food truck I had unfortunately only one friend donate but still he donated fifty bucks to my campaign it's been over ** business days since it's been done it's been over the ** hours since I've been waiting for somebody to contact me back and I have yet to receive my fifty bucks now I'm starting to get pissed because I have no contact from Indiegogo customer service can't talk to a person which is absolutely ridiculous because the problem can be solved by now all I want is my money at this point I feel like because I got a small amount I'm getting blown off and stolen from

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-puff__u: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Indiegogo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-puff__u: For that I would say two out of five.

GetHuman-puff__u: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Indiegogo to know who you are.
