~Presto: Called to cancel incoming catalogs. Was rerouted constantly, then put on hold for nearly half-an-hour. Looked up this computer site, tried number, then saw it was same as order number. Person who finally answered referred to me as "kid." I'd been polite, had used educated language, and am in my fifties. My goals were to save trees*other species' homes, and to keep pornography out of our home--this catalog has an almost pornographically extreme section--husband has clinical problem with that, serious issue--don't want such things sent to our home. Dangerous invasion of privacy. Company has an almost sociopathic catalog policy.

~Presto: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Presto: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about JCP.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Presto: For that I would say five out of five.
