~Kareemah: I call JCP customer service yesterday and I spoke to a lady name Glenda, and she have me waiting very long just to give me the information about a purchase that I dis on line since March ****, and my daughter returned cause it didn't fit my grandson it was two slim jeans. I needed to know the total credit I will received, and the order number been it was so long I didn't have that information. And she keep calling me Sir, when I told her I am a female. Also she did not gave me the total of credit for the two jeans. Very poor customer service. And I am a customer of JCP since the **tees and return in ****, and until this day. The product is very I love the sheets sets, and towels, Also clothes for my young grandson.*And the sales are excellent but the customer service are very poor. I very dissatisfies Carmen Amathullah

~Kareemah: For that I would say two out of five.

~Kareemah: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for JCPenney to know who you are.
