GetHuman-emvicars: I ordered online to get a this is no longer available I used my rewards for this it was going to be a birthday present*Called once to resolve with no avail*Called a second time and they said it would send when available which is what it said on one email*Today I got a canceled order*I had ordered multiple things on the order which now get all the rewards and discounts*Now to order something else I have to pay additional shipping because they screwed up? *I asked when I called if I could add something else to the order instead and they said no
