The least problem was the very avoidable error that led to an audit. the greater problems were the deceitfulness, falsehoods, inaccessibility of the franchise owner, lack of corporate oversight.**Advise you read the State of California lawsuit resulting in a $* million dollar Settlement against Jackson-Hewitt. *Advise your organization newsletter to spread the word to avoid Jackson-Hewitt.*Terrible...Terrible....Terrible.
