This was the worst customer service I have ever received the reason for my call was that a JEA representative showed up at my house to disconnect my service stating that I did not pay my bill this was on a Thursday and I had paid my bill on Monday I did have an outstanding balancefor a security deposit in excess of ***dollarswhich JEA tapped on because I had one payment returnedthis was the first time I had a payment returned over ** years of being a customer however I called JEA two weeks prior and set up a payment arrangement for the security depositwhen I call jay and spoke with jodyshe would not let me talk she continued to speak over me and basically called me a liar and stated that I never set up the payment arrangement she was rude and condescending I plan on filing a complaint against her as she herself stated that all their calls are recorded
