~Unimpressed: Gal was pleasant enough, but I was hoping for a company like Jenn-Air to want happy owners more than a few dollars. I can order my little upper folding tine front clip online for LESS than your rep could get it to me for, and there was NO inclination on her*your part to forgo a few bucks to make a happy customer....and I waited ** minutes for THAT. Not impressed.
