GetHuman-275421: Spoke with a person who had access to my info and product, but who would not put my problem before their tech dept, suggesting I have my service company contact their techs and seek information--which makes me wonder why they didn't do that the second time the problem came up after they had charged me $*** to "repair."**Not sure what benefit it was to call the company just to discuss the problem with someone who had no idea how to solve it.
