GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's JustAnswer customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Upsetone: They said they would charge my card $*.** for the trial but billed me for $**. They did not solve my problem and are asking me to communicate with them again but give me no way to get back to there sight. I also advised them I did not want to wait until the * day trial period was over to cancel their service. I have yet o find the support system to advise them of the problem too. I have ** pages of useless conversations with the "expert" and spent almost three hours with him and did not get the problem fixed.

~Upsetone: For that I would say five out of five.
