~Lexi: I have been trying to pay my bill via automated service since the **th, it is now the *rd of October. It never get's the numbers right so I spend the time re entering them over and over. Eventually it connects me to someone who says they will gladly assist me with the bill pay, but it will be ** DOLLARS to have them do it. Are you kidding me? I can't do it manually so you want to change me to have a person do it? So then when I say no, they tell me it picks up every noise in the background, so try and call again, this time from the closet where I am alone. Same problems, eventually I make it to where I can enter my credit card number. I enter it * more times because the automated service doesn't understand that numbers have been typed or spoken and eventually it hangs up on me and tells me to call customer care. ***** this i'm about to assume you guys don't want to get paid.
