When it came back within ** minutes she had lost the diamond out of it!!And while they do honor the warranty, she **$, and they replaced the **K gold with ** K!! The manager, who we actually thought was TREATING us right n we could trust. Its been * months and the manager actually walked out after god knows why? Now they are saying it will take another *** weeks to get it back. She will be without her ring for about * months and have no remorse, said I ccn call corporate as we were extremely upset over how we were mistreated after spending thousands of dollars between her marriage and mine. WOW!! Incredibly rude, arrogant and a waste of time with a, If you dont like it, we got your money charged you me extra *-***$ more for a warranty which you have to have maintained every six months and while this was being maintained.
