GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/26/17?
GetHuman-brittan16: Kenmore is literally impossible to contact: *It would be nice to actually talk to somebody from KENMORE! I'm tired of talking to sears. Just because they sell this product does not mean I shouldn't be able to call the manufacturing company who built this product And let them know the problem. Sears has fixed my washer machine FOUR times in TWO months and I still can't get a replacement till they do another diagnostic (which is another two week wait) . As somebody who has worked for a tech and appliance company I know for a fact after the third attempt I am eligible for a replacement. Never will I ever spend my money on a kenmore product again. Waste of money and horrible turn around times at Sears. You guys should learn how to do better. Especially being a well known brand. And one more thing to throw in there.. I have a new home so therefore,if my laundry floor is destroyed by this product ,I know that I can sue. Problem most likely could have been solved better with an actual kenmore **P.s*If you happen to deal with the same issue, Sears reps are the unhappiest employees, they make it very well known with the attitudes they throw around.
